The Concan House
It is PERFECT for large families, groups, corporate outings, and retreats! This mega-lodge has everything you need for a comfortable stay in beautiful Concan, TX.
The “Concan House” has 5 large bedrooms & 5 ½ bathrooms and will sleep up to 30 people! Each bedroom includes its own private bath and entry.
The kitchen has all the necessities including: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, 2 coffee pots and other amenities. The butler’s pantry has a 2nd full size refrigerator and washer/dryer. The bar is equipped with a beer & wine beverage refrigerator. There is a FLAT Screen TV in the family room with satellite and surround sound for your enjoyment. Outside is a spacious covered patio and casita with an extra refrigerator, a large flat screen tv with satellite, surround sound, and a ½ bath. The Concan House provides towels and sheets for all guests.

The 15×30 sport pool with volleyball net has a large sundeck. Next to the Casita and Pool is an outdoor fire pit, BBQ, horseshoes games to enjoy. This lodge backs up to Concan’s championship golf course and is near the House Pasture restaurant.
Guests of the “Concan House” enjoy access to 30 acres of private Frio River Frontage at the Frio Country Resort. The Frio Country Resort is a prominent name in the world of Concan vacations in Texas that involves the majestic Frio River and beautiful Hill Country Valleys.
The bedroom are arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 has 2 Queen beds.
- Bedroom 2 has two pairs of Queen bunk beds.
